Bloomfield Councillor Barry Turpin hopes to make it a third straight term on Prince Edward County Council this year.
Turpin filed his nomination papers yesterday for the October vote. He is the only registered candidate so far in Bloomfield, which has one of the 15 councillors in Prince Edward County. He was first elected in 2003, and re-elected in ’06.
