A Colborne man who claims Cramahe Township forced him out of business wants a say in how the municipality is run.
Forty-year-old Ken Johnson, the former owner of Papa’s Taxi, and now running a vehicle delivery service, has filed his nomination papers for a councillor’s position.
He had to close the business last fall, six months after he started, in a dispute over whether the taxis operated out of his home, but says running for council isn’t a vendetta. Johnson says he just wants to get involved in serving the community.
