More charges have been laid against former C-F-B Trenton base commander Russell Williams. The Major Case Management Team involving the O-P-P and other police services laid the charges against the 46-year-old after police reviewed unsolved crimes in Ottawa, Belleville and Tweed. Williams is further charged with two counts of break, enter and theft in Belleville, 23 counts of break, enter and theft, three counts of break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence, and eight counts of attempted break and enter, all in Ottawa. He is also charged with 36 counts of break, enter and theft, seven counts of break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence and three counts of attempted break and enter, all in Tweed. Police say the charges, laid today, represent the known offences linked to Williams to date.
