Charges have been laid following an investigation by Belleville Police into stolen licence plates. A city resident reported her front and rear licence plates had been stolen from her vehicle approximately six months ago….but, hadn’t reported it to police until she received a ticket that had come back to her old plates. Yesterday an officer on patrol checked a vehicle in the east end of Belleville and discovered the stolen plates. 32-year old Stacy Little is facing charges.
