Westbound lanes of Highway 4-0-1 through Kingston are shut down following an overnight crash. A transport truck struck as many as eight construction vehicles parked at the side of the road at about 2 a-m. Westbound lanes are expected to be closed until sometime this afternoon (between Division and Montreal Street). The driver of the transport wasn’t seriously hurt.
