The shortage of Doctors working out of Trenton Memorial Hospital and the Quinte West-area is an early concern for the new President of Quinte Healthcare. Mary Clare Egberts told the QHC Board meeting yesterday that although its not a new problem it’s something management is addressing. She’s concerned that the doctors who are working out of the Trenton hospital saying they have to be very careful not to overwhelm them….although she believes they are going to be successful in managing the manpower shortage.
