The teacher of the year comes from Queen Victoria School in Belleville. Sheryl Parker teaches in the “Adventure Program” and has been compared to Ms. Frizzle from the popular educational series “The Magic School Bus. Parker… who has 25 years teaching experience will receive the Sir Mackenzie Bowell award at a reception next week.
