A truck driver faces drinking and driving charges after being pulled off the 4-0-1 near Grafton. Northumberland OPP received a complaint about a westbound big rig weaving all over the highway through the Quinte Region on Friday afternoon. The caller told police the truck almost struck other vehicles at one point. The 29-year old driver from Hamilton was stopped near Grafton and charged with having blood-alcohol levels over the legal limit and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
