Belleville Police are concerned about an incident involving two children and an older woman in the city’s east end. The woman drove a four-door bluish-green vehicle near the kids on Woodland Acres at 4-20 on Friday afternoon, and motioned to them to get in. The children fled to a safe place, and the driver left the scene. Police continue their investigation.
