The Big Bike is making its rounds in Belleville, raising money for the Heart and Stroke Foundation. The bicycle, built for 30 riders, is in the city until Thursday, with stops in Trenton, Picton and and Tyendinaga Reserve over the weekend. Area Manager Heather Hedley says the local region raised 140-thousand dollars in the Big Bike event last year. Volunteer teams of fundraisers are riding the bike, with all the proceeds going to the foundation.
