A man from Apsley, southwest of Bancroft, has pleaded guilty to operating an indoor marijuana grow-op.
Forty-five-year-old Robert Rock entered the plea in Peterborough Court yesterday to one count of production of a controlled substance.
The O-P-P Central Drug Enforcement Unit searched an Apsley home last June, and found 262 marijuana plants in two basement grow rooms, marijuana bud and marijuana leaves. A pre-sentence report was ordered, and Rock will be sentenced on June third.
