A Belleville man has been arrested for shopping without paying at a Napanee Grocery Store.
The O-P-P were called to No Frills on Centre Street after a man shoplifted over 580 dollars worth of products from the store.
Fifty-year-old Robert McKinnon was charged with theft under five-thousand dollars and two counts of breach of probation.
