Provincial funding of 838-thousand dollars will help Loyalist College offer more courses to a growing number of students.
The money is being made available under the government’s five-year Open Ontario plan, creating new opportunities for jobs and economic growth. One of the plan’s goals is to raise the level of Ontarians with a postsecondary education to 70 per cent.
Loyalist President Maureen Piercy says the funding will help support student success.
