Attorneys are awaiting the results of additional D-N-A testing in the case of a former Bancroft doctor, accused of killing his wife in Kentucky.
Defense attorney Greg Simms says it might take several more months for the test results to come back from the state lab..
Doctor Steven Hall, who was a physician in Bancroft about 15 years ago, has pleaded not guilty to murder in the death of his wife, Isabel, on May 29th, 2009. Kentucky State police say his wife was hit with a pontoon boat on a lake, but Hall, who had a medical practice in Kentucky at the time, claims it was an accident. A pretrial conference is set for May fourth, when a trial date may be set.
