Quinte West O-P-P have confirmed a violent incident in the city’s downtown core overnight but details are few.
Officers were seen collecting “evidence” from blood pools on the sidewalk this morning.
They have confirmed at least one person was hurt and taken to hospital. A cause of injury… along with the identities of the people involved haven’t been released.
O-P-P say the investigation is continuing.
