No charges have been laid in connection with the case of a Colborne tattoo business which failed to pass a health unit inspection. Spokesperson Diane Dingman of the Kawartha Pine Ridge Health Unit says business owner Natacha Wasylyk closed the doors after the health unit issued an order to cease operations. Following a public complaint inspectors visited the home and determned equipment being used may not have been properly sterilized. Dingman says it was not necessary to lay charges since the Tattoo parlour operator shutdown voluntarily.
