About 150 residents from across Belleville and the Quinte Area gathered in the City’s Market Square last night.. for a candle light vigil to honour the victims of the recent string of murders in the region.
Most residents at the scene said they don’t know any of the victims… but feel incidents like these are tough for the entire community.
Police arrested 18 year old Dean Brown of Belleville in connection with the deaths of Tracy and Whitney Hannah in Mountain View… while a 21 year old is in custody connected to the death of Roy Mays of Belleville.
