Alcohol was involved in a serious ATV accident in Prince Edward County late last night. Provincial Police, paramedics and firefighters responded to South Big Island Road in Demorestville, just after 10 o’clock, where an 18-year old man had been impaled by a stick through his abdomen while riding his four-wheeler. He was taken to hospital for treatment. It’s not yet known what charges will be laid.
