Tyendinaga Mohawk Police have arrested a man who they say displayed a gun and threatened an officer. Police say the 52-year old man showed up at the First Nations Police station yesterday morning and during a conversation threatened the life of the officer. The man was later arrested at the Belleville court by City Police on Victoria Avenue. His name wasn’t released by Police but sources at the courthouse say Mario Baptiste is being held for a bail hearing today and more charges are pending.
