A Belleville man has been sentenced to 18-months probation for sexual assault. 62-year old Wayne Flemming pled guilty to the charge in connection with his involvement with a teenage girl in exchange the crown dropped drug charges. Flemming was given a suspended sentence, including strict conditions during the first 6-months of his probation, which include he remain at home. He was ordered to register as a sex offender and supply a sample to the DNA data bank.
