Further investigation led to the arrest yesterday of 24-year-old Todd Brough for that incident, another breakin earlier in the day on Saturday, and a fire set in a recycling box. A few small items stolen from the homes have been recovered. Brough is charged with two counts each of break and enter and theft, and one count of mischief.
