A Massassagua-area man has been charged in connection with a serious off-road vehicle accident last November.
The crash occured on November 15th on Sunrise Drive, east of Rossmore, when the driver, who wasn’t wearing a helmet, rolled the vehicle. He was thrown to the ground, and suffered a serious head injury, but his passenger wasn’t hurt.
Forty-five-year-old Michael Elliott has now been charged by Prince Edward O-P-P with impaired driving, driving with more than the legal amount of alcohol in his blood, and other offences. He will appear in Picton Court on March 24th.
