Brighton council is holding a public consultation meeting next Tuesday, seeking public input on the 2010 municipal budget..
Mayor Chris Herrington says Council has spent two days reviewing the draft budget prepared by staff and has made what modifications it felt were necesssary. The proposed budget is just over 13-million dollars, with 4.7-million coming from property taxes .
Next tuesday evening’s meeting will be held at the King Edward Park Community Centre.
