The three family members from Montreal charged in the deaths in a Kingston canal of three children and an older women will go to trial. The Crown says Yahya Tooba Mohammad, who is accused of killing three of her children and a 50-year-old woman, has given up fighting the possibility of a trial. Her husband, Mohammad Shafia and her 19-year-old son Hamed already had made the concessions. This means the three will go to trial, perhaps early in 20-11.Three teenage Shafia sisters along with Rona Amir Mohammad were found dead inside the car at the Kingston Mills lock. Rona Mohammad was Shafia’s first wife. The three are each charged with four counts of first-degree murder and four counts of conspiracy to commit murder.
