A man staggering into traffic and throughout Belleville General Hospital late yesterday afternoon is facing liquor licence charges. Officers at BGH on an unrelated matter were advised by hospital staff that there was an intoxicated male in the hospital. A 49 year old Belleville man was arrested for his own protection and charged with being intoxicated in a public place and later released.
