No charges will be laid in connection with a fatal traffic accident on Old Highway Two in Bayside.

Quinte West O-P-P, with the help of an O-P-P accident reconstructionist and
the local Crown Attorney, completed their investigation, and determined road conditions were the contributing factor. Old Highway Two was icy because of
heavy rain the day before, combined with below freezing overnight temperatures.
