The move to cut administrators at the hospitals within Quinte Health Care leaves the Prince Edward County Healthcare Advisory Committee with some concerns. The position at Prince Edward Memorial hospital is eliminated as of tomorrow (thur). Following yesterday’s meeting of the committee, Mayor Leo Finnegan said there could be problems in dealing with various issues at the hospital. He says it’s important that there is “one” person in control who people can go to. Quinte Health Care is going to a new system of adminstration which eliminates local administrators.
