Some fireworks at a houseleague hockey game resulted in charges against an 18-year old player in Belleville. City Policd were called to the Wally Dever arena, just before 9 o’clock last night, and charged the Grills Road resident with assault. The player had just been ejected from the game and was being escorted off the ice..when he suddenly turned around and attacked the opposing team’s bench. The unidentified man has a bail hearing today.
