The O-P-P have recovered the body of a 48-year-old missing snowmobiler south of Napanee. Cecil Stacey was reported missing yesterday morning. He was riding his snowmobile on Hay Bay near an open stretch of water.
Provincial police brought in a dive team and helicopter and Stacey’s body was pulled from the water late yesterday afternoon.
