A young Belleville man faces charges after a car speeding around the parking lot at East Northumberland Secondary School in Brighton almost hit students and staff Monday morning. Belleville Police located the suspect vehicle after it took off from Brighton. 18 year old Aaron Frederick Rushlow is charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle. No one was injured.
