Belleville City Police have stopped a vehicle suspected of almost running down several students at the high school in Brighton.
Northumberland O-P-P responded yesterday after getting a report of a dangerously driven car, with several youths inside, at East Northumberland Secondary. The driver, when told to leave, spun his tires and at one point drove toward some students, barely missing them, and then headed toward a school employee. The license plate number was given to local police services, and a vehicle matching the description was found in Belleville.. The OPP investigation in Brighton is still continuing.
