Prince Edward County Council will get an update later this month on when the new Wellington recreation centre will be completed.
Recreation, Parks and Culture Commissioner Barry Braun says his staff was meeting with TaskForce Engineering this week to determine when work will be done, so scheduling hall and ice rentals could begin.
Braun is expected to provide council with a status update on January 26th. The project is about two weeks behind schedule because of winter weather, but he still expects TaskForce to meet the October target date.
