Two women have been charged with fraud at the Belleville Walmart Store.
City Police say the women tried to return three items worth 305 dollars to the store yesterday, but they couldn’t produce any receipts. They left the store as Walmart staff investigated the return of the items, and were apprehended in the parking lot trying to leave.
A 27-year-old Cobourg resident and a 49-year-old Belleville woman were arrested and charged with one count each of Fraud and Theft.
