Two incumbent councillors hope to be re-elected in Prince Edward County this year.
Sophiasburgh councillor John Thompson and North Marysburgh representative Ray Best put in their nomination papers yesterday for this October’s municipal election.
Both men are farmers, and were first elected in 2006.
Thompson and Kevin Gale are the two Sophiasburgh councillors, and Best is the only one in North Marysburgh.
