The fresh-fallen snow has led Belleville Police to the driver of a car that crashed on Donald Street in the city.
The RIDE Team members followed the footprints in the snow late Saturday night to a house on Station Sreet, and a 26 year old Belleville man was arrested for Impaired Driving. Further investigation revealed the vehicle had been stolen from the City’s west end minutes earlier. The man was held for a bail hearing on charges of Impaired, Possession of Stolen Property, and failing to remain at the scene of an accident.
