The holidays really got to a Belleville man yesterday(tuesday) afternoon.
Belleville Police say someone complained that a man was standing in Millenium Parkway store….with his pants undone, and his genitals exposed for anyone to see.
A 54 year old man from Russell Street appears in court today on a charge of committing an indecent act.
The incident occurred around 2 yesterday(tuesday) afternoon.
