Northumberland-Quinte West MPP Lou Rinaldi was hauled up on the carpet to explain to Brighton Council why it was one of the least successful local municipalities in recent infrastructure funding announcements. and, Rinaldi came packing packing a list at last night’s meeting. Mayor Chris Herrington says it seems Brighton is being punished for practicing due diligence in the most recent funding announcements…but, understands other muncipalities had larger and more urgent issues.
