A Trenton man faces numerous charges after slamming his vehicle over the curb and into a hydro pole guide wire and then a fence before fleeing the scene. Quinte West OPP say the impact resulted in the licence plate flying off the car. The 41-year old man was tracked down and charged with failing to remain at the scene, failing to report an accident and driving with improper tags and insurance.
