An 88 year old woman has been charged with careless driving in Peterborough County.
Police say two vehicles collided around 9:30 a.m. Friday on County Road 46.
The road had to be closed while police and ambulance attended the scene.
The woman was taken to Campbellford hospital for treatment.
The driver of the other vehicle was uninjured.
