The fate of a 16-year old Warkworth boy accused of killing Michelle Barnoski is now in the hands of the jury in Peterborough. The boy and his uncle are charged with first degree murder in the death of his mother in the spring of last year. 35-year old Mark Vickers will be tried seperately. The Northumberland News reports the jury will be sequestered and deliberating until a verdict is reached. Barnoski’s body was found buried in the backyard of her Warkworth proprty in June of last year….she’d been shot in the head numerous times.
