Quinte West Council will consider its capital project spending at a special meeting this evening.
Quinte West staff is recommending that 6.6 million dollars be invested in capital for the city’s various departments, including fire and public works….and another 8.4 million dollars for water/sewer projects.
Council will also consider another increase in next year’s water sewer rates to enable the city to manage the cost of major infrastructure projects over the next several years.
The meeting begins at 6 this evening.
