Belleville Police are looking for a man wanted for sexually assaulting a child in the city. A warrant has been issued for 19-year old Steven Isaac Cruickshank. Police say the suspect was staying in the victim’s home as he claimed to have no other place to live. He left on December 2nd….and, police believe he’s been spotted in the downtown-area over the past week. Cruickshank is described as 5-foot-7, 130 pounds with brown hair in a brush cut, brown eyes, unshaven and a tattoo on the inside of his right forearm.
