A local education advocate will serve one year of probation for sexually assaulting a teenage boy in Belleville. The Intell reports 64-year old Charles “Bob” Clements was helping the victim with schoolwork at the time of the assault. In addition to 12 months probation, Justice Geoff Griffin told Clements he must attend counselling, is not to communicate with the victim and cannot be in the presence of anyone under the age of 16 without adult supervision.
