It was a noisy party in Trenton…and, despite numerous charges….the party continued. Quinte West OPP responded to a complex on Annwood Court several times overnight where a loud party was disturbing the occupants of the building. Police say normally after they lay a charge under the Quinte West noise bylaw the party usually dies down…but, not in this case. OPP say the tenant refused to turn the music down.
