Less snow than last winter and warmer than normal winter temperatures are being forecast for the Quinte Region. Environment Canada’s Senior Climatologist David Phillips says the “El Nino” weather pattern that has created milder than normal November temperatures. He says the weather pattern will continue to bring warmer than normal weather into southern Ontario.
