It could have been a terrible accident, and Belleville Police are looking for the people involved.
Early Saturday afternoon, a woman pushing a baby carriage was struck at the intersection of College and Moira Street by a car. The baby wasn’t hurt, and the woman suffered minor injuries. The vehicle never stopped and left the scene. The car is described as a blue 4 door Saturn.
