Drugs and weapons have been seized in Central Hastings. Officers searched a Highway #7 residence and seized marijuana plants, processed marijuana, four firearms, and cash yesterday. The estimated street value of the drugs is $100,000. 32-year old Michael LUCAS of Madoc will appear in Belleville court in January facing charges of unauthorized possession of a firearm with serial number removed, four counts of unauthorized possession of a firearm, possession of marijuana, and possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking.
