The Ontario Municipal Board has dismissed the appeal of Prince Edward County’s Minimum Distance Separation formula.
Former M-P-P and Bloomfield-area sheep farmer Gary Fox argued in early October against the bylaw allowing the formula, saying he was concerned about restrictions it put on development.
However, board hearing chairperson Mary-Ann Sills says the information and material council considered in making the decision were appropriate, and the board ordered the appeal be rejected.
