No charges will be laid in connection with a knife wielding man west of Foxboro.
Motorists were stopped by paramedics and police late yesterday afternoon on Frankford Road, where officers from Belleville and local O-P-P detachments were dealing with a despondant man.
Quinte West O-P-P say no one was hurt, and the man was taken to Belleville Hospital for medical care..
