Quinte West Council will finally get its long-awaited visit from the new Quinte Health Care board.
The invitation was sent out a month ago, and some of the 12 board members have confirmed they will be at next Monday’s council meeting.
Quinte West C-A-O Gary Dyke says they will introduce themselves and discuss their goals for the new board, which replaced one dissolved by the provincial government last April.
The board, which won’t officially take over until Supervisor Graham Scott leaves in January, will select a chairperson in a few weeks.
